A direct client gets the same process: a written estimate from sizes, photos and fabric choices, a measure before anything is made, and one design partner as the point of contact through delivery and installation.

How does C.O.M. (customer’s own material) work for a New York order?

You specify the fabric or leather and have it shipped to our workroom against the order. We confirm yardage from the drawings before cutting, so a New York designer can source from any showroom and know the goods are reserved to the right project before fabrication begins.

What are typical lead times for a New York commission?

It depends on the product. Drapery, Roman shades and bedding generally run 8–12 weeks, and the clock starts when both payment and fabric are in hand. New upholstery and custom furniture made to your drawings generally run 16–20 weeks and re-upholstery of an existing piece 10–12 weeks, counted from payment.
