Pieces made to your design

We build upholstered furniture to your specification — sofas, seating, benches, and custom pieces, constructed from your drawings, dimensions, and chosen materials. Frames, fills, and finishing are selected and executed for how the piece should sit and last.

Working to the trade, we coordinate from specification through white-glove delivery and installation across the New York area.

How a New York furniture project runs with us

We build upholstered furniture to the trade from your drawings, dimensions, frame, and specified materials. New York orders typically run C.O.M. (customer’s own material): you ship the fabric or leather to our Long Island City workroom, and we confirm yardage before cutting.

Because the workroom is local, a New York designer can review a frame mid-build, approve a fill or a welt in person, and coordinate white-glove delivery around building access, COIs, and service-elevator windows.

Frequently asked questions

Where is custom furniture for a New York project built?

In our own Long Island City workroom, minutes from Manhattan — not outsourced. We measure, build, and deliver across Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Hamptons, Westchester, and Greenwich.

What kinds of pieces do you make for New York designers?

Sofas, sectionals, lounge and dining seating, benches, headboards, and one-off pieces — all built to your drawings and specified frame, fill, and finish, sized to the access a prewar elevator or brownstone stair allows.

How does C.O.M. work for a New York furniture order?

You specify and ship the fabric or leather to our Long Island City workroom against the order. We calculate yardage from the furniture drawings and confirm it before cutting, so the goods are reserved before a piece is built.

How do you handle delivery of large pieces in New York?

We confirm access dimensions before fabrication and can build with knock-down or two-piece construction where a walk-up or a tight service elevator requires it, then deliver and place across the New York area.
