An Edwardian-style armchair in figured mahogany, its tapered splat inlaid with a satinwood urn-and-scroll motif and accents of mother-of-pearl, crowned by a carved ribbon crest. Sweeping scrolled arms run to sabre legs on the original castors, and the drop-in seat is upholstered in a ticking stripe. Restored and reupholstered in our Los Angeles workroom.
